Neo-Standard

Deck

A player must use the same deck throughout a tournament. No switching of cards is permitted in between games within a tournament.Sleeving

Sleeving

Fighters are required to use opaque card sleeves so that the back of cards cannot be easily distinguished.
Sleeves used for all cards must be of the same design unless otherwise stated.

Time-up Policy
Players have 10 minutes to finish the 3 extra turns. After 10 minutes, the game is decided with a double loss. In the top-cut, after 3 extra turns, the game will be decided by sudden death. (Refer to Bushiroad TCG Advanced Floor Rules for more details)

Best of 1, Swiss, 30 min/round

Number of rounds will be dependent on number of participants and schedule.
Weiß Schwarz will cap at 7 rounds

Respect is the highest Rule!

Respect should be normal. Respect towards fellow players, the organiser and the location must be observed. 
For this reason, bringing drinks and food is not allowed.

Those who manipulate or cheat the game have no respect.

Whoever violates the respect rules will be disqualified directly.
